One Step at a Time

Every journey begins with a step. Each of us, all of us, can step toward a future that preserves the planet. The first step may be the biggest of all. 

Unsure how, or where to start? Check out some of my footsteps:

• Turn off appliances after use.
• Install energy-efficient light bulbs for conventional bulbs
• Turn off faucet will brushing teeth (and admiring reflection)
• Wash dishes and laundry off-peak (e.g. at night)
• Bag groceries in reusable cloth sacks
• Use mass transportation
• Car pool
• Take shorter showers
• Purchase local produce, esp. organic

There are so many options. Choose the path that works for you. Take that step today!
